Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of Stayverly: the dashboard hosts use, the booking sites built with it, the Stayverly directory, and the Studio. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
What Stayverly is
Stayverly is software. Hosts use it to run their own booking websites. When a guest books, the agreement for the stay or experience is between the guest and the host. Stayverly isn't a party to it, doesn't own or manage any property, and doesn't guarantee any listing, host or guest.
Host accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You're responsible for your listings being accurate and legal: permits, registrations, occupancy limits, taxes, insurance, and your own house rules and cancellation policy.
- You must own or have permission to use everything you publish, including photos, text and reviews you import. You give us a license to host, display, adapt and deliver that content as needed to run your site, the directory and the features you use.
- Payments to hosts go through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds, damage claims and disputes with guests are between you and the guest, under your stated policies.
Guests
Book only for yourself or people you're authorized to book for, and follow the host's rules and cancellation policy shown at checkout. Contact the host with questions about the stay.
Studio and auto-posting
- The Studio creates posts, reels and captions from your own site content. Review everything before you publish it; you're responsible for what you post.
- When you connect a social account, you authorize Stayverly to publish the posts you create or approve, at the time you choose, and nothing else. You can disconnect at any time from Studio → Auto-post or from the network's settings.
- Your posts must follow each network's own rules (for example Instagram's Community Guidelines, Pinterest's Community Guidelines and TikTok's Community Guidelines), including their rules for disclosing commercial content.
- Networks change their products and can limit or reject posts. We can't guarantee a post will publish, reach an audience, or stay up.
Acceptable use
Don't use Stayverly to break the law, mislead guests, list property you don't have the right to rent, send spam, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the service or other people's use of it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Plans and prices are shown on our site before you pay. Unless a plan says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and aren't refundable for partial periods. We'll give notice before changing prices for an existing plan.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Stayverly running and accurate, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Stayverly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens during a stay or experience, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Stayverly in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits and content licenses for bookings already made) continue after an account closes.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date above; for material changes we'll notify hosts by email. Continuing to use Stayverly after a change means you accept it.
